 Supporting Beat the Heat Beat the heat, Inc is a non-profit agency. No tax dollars are spent on this program. We do not charge for any show we appear at. Members provide for their own vehicle and equipment. A few members may have some sponsor support but most are supported by "sweat equity" meaning the member pays out of his own pocket for all the expenses supporting his attending events. If you would like to donate items or become a Sponsor of NWLA Beat the Heat, Inc, please use the following form and a member of our organization will contact you. If unable to donate items or sponsorship and would like to contribute to NWLA Beat the Heat, Inc in order to assist us with expenses associated with Beat the Heat events, please use the paypal link. Make sure to include your name and address. Any person or business providing financial assistance, donation of items or sponsorship, will receive a receipt at the end of the year showing the total worth of items donated to a 50l (c)(3) non-profit charity.
